6yThis is Keith Roberts, Managing Partner. It’s unfortunate that you had a bad experience with us. We strive to be inclusive in our approach and have many outlets for our colleagues to engage and foster deeper relationships internally. As part of our core values, we encourage our consultants to have fun and provide many, diverse ways of doing so. We are constantly seeking new ways to actively connect with our colleagues and for them to do so with each other and feel like we are very successful in our efforts. As to our financial condition, we actually have a very strong balance sheet. We have historically not relied on borrowing, have very little debt currently with no expectations of taking on additional amounts and our revenue to debt ratios are far better than firms of similar size.
