Frequent internet issues here, The chief marketing officer is very arrogant and does not know how to talk respectfully. The business team is rude and treats employees like servants. There is no respect for employees. I also do not like the HR policies here, especially the leave policy and joining bond. After joining, I was pressured to give interviews for other companies using fake profiles with 7 years of fake experience. This feels like fraud. They are using our face for frauds. The job also seems very unstable, and I do not think I can work here for more than a month.

I genuinely had a good experience working here and learned a lot during my tenure. Due to personal/professional reasons, I had to move on, but I do regret leaving the organization.
