Excellent office/location in SF, and keeping that up in new locations in Austin, NYC and London.

Company growing at a good pace, so some processes still being built out. Desire to vet for talent and culture fit, results in more thorough interview process. Not for people that aren't passionate about technology or analytical in nature.
