- Modern tech stack. - Product is used by top tier companies. - Challenging scale, especially after the Cisco acquisition.

- The engineering organization lacks transparency and there is a complete disconnect between management and individual contributors. - Deadlines are either tight or straight unachievable, leading to poorly implemented and rushed features, and burnout across the board. - Small teams and too many things to do. Constant context switching between tasks that show up unexpected. This used to be a great company to work for, the earlier reviews in here are accurate. However, the environment in the engineering and operations department started deteriorating a couple of years ago and very little is left of what it used to be.
