The local team atmosphere was dominated by gossip and internal competition. It felt more like high school than a professional environment. Local management fostered this negativity by frequently engaging in gossip about colleagues and creating a sense of division within the team. This focus on office politics created a stressful and unproductive work environment. While the company itself may have its merits, my experience working in this environment was not positive. Even after I have left, I'm hearing gossip and untruthful statements of my departure so that leadership can save face. I would advise potential employees to carefully consider the company culture before accepting a position at ThousandEyes in Asia Pacific.
