The biggest issue is you won't get paid what you're worth. Zero room for negotiation. Occasional drama. You NEED to learn to stick up for yourself and tell them when you're burnt out and can't take on anymore/need a break/something is not worth it for you.

They really care about their team members! Also, I loved the small team I worked on. I made life long, real life, friends while working there.

None. It was a supportive and friendly environment with flexible work hours. We were given as much paid time off as needed, and we were encouraged to take breaks and vacations. When I had a personal issue come up, I felt very supported.
