THEY MAKE YOU SIGN A CONTRACT. A contract in which you will owe them money to repay for your training of your do not stay with the for 18 months or more. However in this contract they say NOTHING about appreciation in pay over those 18 months, so essentially when you sign, you are signing up to get paid less than minimum wage for 18 months. I do not know a soul on this earth that would find that fair or just. They hours were inconsistent. After over a year of working for them, I asked for an hourly raise as I was working their entire distribution center. And they strung me along for over 4 months saying they had to “look into their year-end financials to know whether they could give me a raise which I absolutely earned. I worked incredibly hard for these people and they treated me like I was disposable in the end. They are full of fake positivity and gaslighting. They rope women into their trap using buzzwords like “female empowerment” and “body positivity” when really they are just money hungry and only focus on growing the company larger instead of paying their current employees what they deserve to be paid. They don’t spend any time on marketing to fill shoot schedules and then expect you to show up no matter what for ridiculously long shoot days. These women broke my heart. I was hoping I could have a place in their company for years to come. But they showed me their true colors. I saw how irresponsible and unethical their practices were and I had no choice but to leave.
