Great Internship Experience, Lots of Independent Learning Opportunities - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Three Learning

There was no "hand-holding" at all throughout the internship, which I appreciated as I managed to learn independently on-the-job. My supervisors gave me lots of autonomy in managing my tasks, which I felt was a conducive manner for an intern to learn how to produce work independently which could then be integrated to the collective team effort. My supervisors were friendly and approachable, and were open and receptive to discussing amendments to my internship duration as well. I feel that being open to communication is definitely a hallmark of a good employer. Apart from these points, my overall experience with Three Learning was a positive one.
