-Micro managed to the minute. -Sometimes a house needs 5 more minutes due to unforeseen messes or client interferrance but you'll hear about it from head office. -Initials are not always twice the regular time, some of them are really hard and you don't realize it until you're well underway, but the office wants no excuses. We work hard to be the best, unfortunately getting out fast is seemingly more important.

Amazing work life balance, understanding and caring management, fun co-workers, every day is an adventure, lots of opportunities for bonuses and tips, company does charity work, the owner is 100% engaged with the entire team. Great place to work for people living with depression and anxiety.

This is a physically demanding job, you need perseverance to build up the stamina to maintain speed... But that's not really a con!
