Svantaggi
As with many growing companies, there were times when decision-making felt misaligned. Multiple stakeholders were often involved in day-to-day topics, which sometimes made ownership unclear. For new employees especially, the level of oversight from various leads and managers could feel intense. While the intention was clearly to support and ensure success, it could feel more directive and micromanaging than empowering. The platform and internal processes were still evolving, which made training challenging at times, particularly when learning workflows that were actively being refined. I had hoped to contribute feedback around training and process improvements at the start of the new year; however, my role was eliminated during a restructuring shortly after returning from the holidays. There were also concerns around the volume of work being outsourced. The outsourcing efforts were followed by a restructuring that impacted several team members. That sequence created deeper uncertainty about long-term role stability.
