We take all feedback seriously; however, we must address the false and misleading information being repeatedly posted about our company. Claims such as "$12 an hour" are completely inaccurate — that figure is not even minimum wage in our state, nor does it reflect the compensation we offer. Our roles are salaried positions, and pay is clearly outlined during the hiring process.
Additionally, it has become clear that these reviews are coming from the same individual, which constitutes a pattern of targeted harassment. These repeated, knowingly false claims are not only defamatory toward Thrive Chicago Associates but also misrepresent AT&T — a major corporate partner — which violates the anti-defamation and anti-raid agreements signed upon employment.
Please be advised: defamation of a business or brand, especially when it's based on misinformation, is a serious legal matter. If these actions continue, we will have no choice but to pursue this through the appropriate legal channels.
