Great position great company and benefits.

Not much structure amongst the different sectors.

Pay is decent and there are a few great managers.

Private Equity owned. Many of leadership are yes-men. Constant policy and procedure changes. Structure changes made with no regards to how it affects employees or customers. No one willing to tell the leadership that the changes are not working. Massive customer churn , worsened by above.
