Management listens, and you don’t feel like you’re just another number. The work environment is flexible, which makes a big difference, especially when balancing life outside of work. I also like that there’s always something new to learn, so it doesn’t feel repetitive. Everyone communicates well, and it’s easy to ask for help when you need it.

It can get pretty busy at times, especially during peak periods, so the workload can feel a bit heavy. Some customer issues can also be a bit tricky and take time to resolve. But overall, it’s nothing out of the ordinary for a support role, and the team helps each other out when things get hectic.
