The product training was very intensive and detailed. Most of the people were pretty good there, and the opportunity to be successful is definitely there

Unfortunately, not all of the people are good. There was a lot of disorganization at the "rfo" level (this is the management of the area, like state of PA, or the NY/NJ area etc) in my area, there were layoffs, and it left the launch managers thin in dealing with the newer reps. Communication was poor because of how thin everything was stretched and everyone tells you to do something a different way. They have a good model to help reps be successful, but they just can't execute it.

BEWARE! They do not disclose a very long and tedious interview process. 3 interviews with a post interview call. Background check, credit check, amongst multiple items to complete in portal. Many emails to respond to. Speaking with 4+employees throughout the process. Did NOT disclose that start date was 3 months post job posting.
