      Solid opportunity in a company that fosters work/life balance and a member driven focus on success. Thrivent is attempting to become more technology based, and leave behind the 100+ year methods of FR "who do you know" insurance sales

      Slow to make changes. Wants to be cutting edge, but can't find the combined effort or budget to do so. Valued employees walk out the door because of this disconnect.

      BEWARE! They do not disclose a very long and tedious interview process. 3 interviews with a post interview call. Background check, credit check, amongst multiple items to complete in portal. Many emails to respond to. Speaking with 4+employees throughout the process. Did NOT disclose that start date was 3 months post job posting.
