Vantaggi

You get to work from home.

Svantaggi

Dexyp was one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. Not only does the company continuously fire hundreds of employees to try and cut costs, but they do it with zero direction as to where the company is going. Constantly are changing their expectations & goals with zero structure or help with how to get there. Cut major costs in customer service, so every process takes forever and clients end up getting very upset and leaving. In which you take the burden. DexYP is a mess and I would say run in the other direction.

Vantaggi

Some of the smartest engineers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Very mature development process. Had unlimited access to agentic tools, albeit short lived.

Svantaggi

Mature development process means that following the process is more important then the actual output and content. Other engineers will actively sabotage your work to make their own jobs more secure, so you have to document all conversations to use in manager meetings later on. The biggest problem isn't really with Engineering, it is with the upper management. They don't know what the future looks like, and can't agree on a vision, so teams are constantly shuffled around and projects are sunset without a clear reason as to why that is the case. In-fighting on a Director / Exec level is obvious to the lower level employees who are just waiting for the inevitable HR conversation that another "restructuring" has occurred and they are without a job. Pay is sub-par. Benefits are not great, since they give you a lot of "stuff", but none of it is necessarily good.
