I worked for Thule for almost a decade and it was a great environment to work in with even better people, for the most part. There is a family-like atmosphere and everyone is passionate about the brand, which makes it a fun place to work. I was promoted a few times in my time there, they allowed for flexible schedules and the benefits were decent. It was getting to be a bit corporate when I left, but it was a great experience working there and I leaned a lot from managers, VP's, etc. The thing that I liked most about working for Thule was everyone was approachable and upper management was always open to new ideas and encouraged you to grow. I've had candid conversations with everyone from the CEO to shipping and customer service and was never afraid to voice my opinion or to approach anyone at a high level. Overall, it was a fun place to work with little to no drama as I've seen with other brands I've worked for since leaving Thule.

Pay is a bit low, but they are pretty much in line with other Outdoor/Bike industry brands. There is a bit of a "boys club" there and if you're in with the right people you have a better chance of moving up. They were a little acquisition crazy for awhile and I felt it got in the way of the big picture at times.
