4yThank you very much for your candid feedback. We are sorry to hear of your experience - working 60 hours as a Care Coordinator is not our Company expectation. We will work alongside our Care Coordination leadership to investigate and ensure that our team members are working 45 hours or less per week and that any overtime is appropriately documented and compensated.
As a fast growing (young!) start up that has tripled in size in the last year, we are still refining our people processes. We are excited to have promoted 34 Tia-ans in November 2021 and another 12 in March. That is roughly 15% of our population. We will continue to endeavor to make the pathway to promotion and available opportunities more clear for ALL Tia employees.
