Not even close. - Pay is poor and not competitive - No progression available for CSM team - No training provided so you will be expected to sink or swim - Company goal is to grow as much as possible, as quickly as possible, staff ability and wellbeing be damned - Really tricky environment to manage staff in; There is no real vision or goal to align the departments and when you try to implement one you aren't given the support required to deliver
