I have been with the company for five years and am glad they hired me! Management treats its employees very well with flexible scheduling, paid time off, and other accommodations. Even when I can’t make it to the office, I have the option of working from home. The office atmosphere is very comfortable, and the culture is inviting. All the staff and management work together as a team and everyone believes in the value of the services we are providing to our customers.

I have no complaints. good company

Nothing comes to mind other than the lunches that are paid for and provided by the company (most of the time). However, it's on John Dundon's terms so you can guarantee that he will intentionally order wrong food items or just "forget" to order your food altogether which means no lunch that day.

Lack of empathy for employees, High/Unrealistic expectations with low wages/pay, Limited training, Weird/Cringy vibes from manager at Binghamton site (John P. Dundon), No benefits for PT/FT/Contract employees, Expected to work or "actively monitor" on evenings, weekends, vacation days, sick days, etc. John P. Dundon takes advantage of the system and anyone he comes across. He hates transparency and paying his employees fair because he is greedy, cheap, shady and likes to cut corners on costs; he keeps his employees stagnate so he doesn’t have to pay them what they deserve!
