      Had a decent work/life balance although there was a fight at the top when it came to being able to work remotely. Benefits were decent. Not over the top good though.

      Some crazy early morning releases when we had to be up at 1 AM in the morning testing production release.

      Did not listen to complaints. Thus upper management was never communicated problems in database infrastructure.

      Gain industry experience related to transaction processing hosting for governments and businesses.

      The management is not knowledgeable in their line of business. They have had ethic issues in the past too. Take a look at the stock report for the last 3 years. They have had to re-file Tier's taxes and re-list with Nasdaq. They made a mess of some of the divisions and are now selling them off. This is dragging down the stock. Senior management, with all the problems they appear to be good about giving themselves good salaries and benefits.
