They serve as frontline customer service employees who get to set the tone for many customer interactions. Additionally, these roles largely serve as educational opportunities to help learn the company & trade, as well as grow your skills to a position on an implementation or engineering team or within a Data Center. We are always looking to progress, and we will certainly examine the perception that there is no room to grow within the company outside of positions at Bellevue.
