Our customers impact the world! - Since my joining three years ago on our team three have left for different roles - Please note they have stayed with the company which tells you how great it is. - The three new team members brought on our well trained and come with an educational - Background that works in our business/role

Cons Although there is not a perfect company that exists. Ours has seen strides of growth sustainability Updating where necessary. Opportunities are few and far between and there’s not a lot of push to Move someone up and assist with post-education or certifications. That’s really the only knock I see that wouldn’t be positive. Advice to Management I‘m proud to work at Tier-point LLC and see us headed to a long and profitable business future. I would say when an employee writes about themselves, management should remember to never discourage an individual because they are being honest. He or She may never see them in a different role even with mistakes made. Anything is always possible given the drive, passion, and time. Employees can achieve great things.
