Very limited flexibility with working hours. Management doesn't have any leadership skills. The wife wants to squeeze every last drop of blood out of the employees without paying them, but she'll give you $50 for Chinese New Year, and think she is being generous. No health care. There is a lot of favoritism. Stay on the management's good side.
