We recognize the importance of experienced leadership, especially when it comes to scaling and differentiating in a competitive industry. We are continuously working to strengthen our leadership team by bringing in individuals with the necessary expertise, including in healthcare and scaling. Our goal is to ensure that our leaders have the knowledge and skills required to guide the company towards success. We are also committed to our current leadership development with our Director+ training program that launched in January this year.
Regarding communication and process changes, we understand that these can be disruptive and create silos within the company. We are actively working to improve our communication channels and streamline our processes to foster collaboration and transparency across the organization.
