There are no pros to this business

They have just scammed a group of us who were made redundant. They are con artists and cannot be trusted.

Can’t think of any at the moment to be honest

Where do I start? Poor stock availability (been going on like this for the past six months at least) but they’ll constantly tell you ‘bare with us, it’s all going to get better’, poor communication from senior management to store level, expected to do stupid hours but get no thanks for it, no training, just learn on the job whether it’s right or wrong, no respect for its staff as some are working in stores with no heating, and have been doing so for years, and basically no matter what your experience, if your face fits you are ok, otherwise you’ll get bullied for not hitting figures, when it was senior management who made decisions that affected trade sales in many stores, resulting in some stores seeing over a 50% drop in sales, but it will be the managers fault not the CEO’s. He had to put part of the business into administration recently, screwing all the suppliers that we had used for a long time, hence contributing to the lost sales in most stores.
