      No rules No organization They change everyone’s job titles after they’re hired you’re lucky if you get the tools to perform your job They are so slow and there’s no reason to have that many people Too many chiefs and not enough Indians

      None. I’ve never worked at such a horrible place. They are horribly managed and the owner is in EVERYTHING.

      Timco really treats everyone that walks in the door like family. They want their employees to enjoy coming to work and have a good work/life balance. They are constantly looking at new ways to improve the business which opens many opportunities for their employees. It is a growing company so the sky is the limit. The listen to their employees and take all ideas and feedback into consideration.

      Not enough pay, no overtime pay and no guarantee weekly pay. You never how many hrs you will get from week to week.
