I understand you have concerns with processes, accountability and communication. I would like to address your concerns to the best of my ability. To my knowledge, as the HR Director, we are not considering selling any of our locations.
While I am not in the accounting division, I do know that it is not unheard of for companies to use company credit cards so that auto pay features can be used for efficient bill pay which saves processing time.
When it comes to compensation for our employees, we use a salary tool and industry benchmarking as our guidelines for every position within our group.
Our company takes ethics, responsibility and relationships with our employees very seriously.
