Many financial issues 2 months salary delay on average 4-5 months usual delay in annual reviews, all arrears, variable pays of all employees pending since 2012, 2 lac total pending arrears of each employee on average for 25 employees Management unable to solve financial issues False promises about financial compensation after some big projects but arrears never cleared yet Work nature Services industry projects from many fields, no possibility of depth in any field, only good CAE software hold can be hoped No formal training for softwares used Really will not recommend going there unless you are not getting job anywhere, and if the above issues dont matter to you in the short term. The financial issues really affected my enthusiasm for work over time. More than 1 year of working not recommended at this company in my view. Good to explore the CAE domain for a year at the max and move to a better company
