The products are great, some of them market leading already after only 4 years of being on the market. Demonstrated by some of the deals being done are six figures plus from global super brands. Strong leadership team with experienced sales heads in place. Financially rewarding for over achievement of targets with very good monthly incentives. Location is spot on. Good level of investment going into the products so will only strengthen.

Some negative under-performing reps there who should be in another job which dampens what is a very strong sales force.

Working 9-10 hours per day, including an hour break for lunch however It would be nice if communication between offices was more planned out Office in NYC could be bigger, but it is growing and it's only their first year

Managing US office from London office is Difficult. Commission scheme needs to be improved and Salesforce needs to be more organized.
