Impossible to take vacation when you would like to, especialy around holidays and at close of quarters. You get a paycheck that is difficult to decipher and you play hell trying to get your money if there is a mistake in Timken's favor (underpayment) - they (I say "they" because there is no HR department) will tell you all about the language barrier due to payroll being outsourced to somewhere in India. However, if they make an error in your favor (overpayment), they have no problem fixing that very quickly! All in all I'm just glad to be going to a company that has payroll in this country and an HR DEPARTMENT ONSITE!
