Example: Too much time is spent looking for things that have been misplaced because no one knows where it supposed to be or where to put things when they're done with it. Some workers with less talent get preferred treatment with extra overtime hours or promotions because they are "kiss ups" or "rats" while more talented people are stuck where they are.
