Some helpful and kind staff

Majority of the staff is not helpful towards your success when coming on board because unlike most companies, there is NO onboarding structure. Very unorganized. They quit you at the drop of a dime without first working with you to assist in any improvements needed because there is no structured training. They will get the previous person who had your job to train you (or whatever you call it), and blame you for the lack of knowledge you have due not being properly trained because of the envious nature the previous employee now has towards you which will quickly develop into sabotage just to earn their job back! They will have you drive to work wasting your gas when you planned to work a full day, and fire you on the spot without any notice! There is no celebration of tenure employees- they only receive certificates for even 50 years of service! No work life balance. Very sick and unorganized culture.

Division leader is not competent. He tells you what you want to hear. Everyone under him does his job.
