Svantaggi
Extremely poor work-life balance — employees are expected to work 14–15 hours a day, often till 1–2 AM. There is no respect for personal time; you’re treated more like labor than professionals. Management makes big promises (like Thailand trips, remote flexibility, etc.) but rarely fulfills them. The company seems to invest more energy in generating fake 5-star reviews than actually improving employee well-being. Most positive reviews on Glassdoor are highly misleading and do not reflect the real working conditions. Transparency is lacking — what you're promised during hiring rarely matches reality. Remote work is advertised, but in reality, you’re forced to be online all day under pressure. Excessive workload and unrealistic expectations make the environment toxic. Humiliation in daily scrum calls is common — not a psychologically safe space. Most employees suffer from burnout — you can literally see it in their faces. HR promises are manipulative and misleading — be cautious of sugar-coated words during hiring, Rushikesh don't do like this. The Thailand trip is used as a bait — happens once in 1.5 years. Overall, it’s a high-pressure, thankless culture — not recommended if you value mental health.
