Cons are pretty much everything else. No raises and on the off chance that you are given a raise it’s taken away from you without any notice. Some employees can get away with anything while others get yelled at for everything they do. If you know how to do more than just your specific job you’re expected to do everyone else’s too, without fair pay for it. Employees are taken advantage of and treated very unfairly.
