I make great money for the work

They cant keep a manager cause they dont pay them well. The work is boring for seasoned techs. Poor benefits. Health insurance is too expensive.

Thank you for you review. Our Service Tech pay plan is one of the best in the industry. Our manager compensation plan is a mix of base pay + performance incentives giving our General Managers direct control over the ability to grow their income. Many know us as the home of the free alignment, but our ASE certified technicians offer full service automotive service shop where we perform under car and under hood repairs and scheduled maintenance. We offer three levels of health care plans to meet the needs of our employees. In addition, employees can early up to $2,200 in annual savings just for participating in our wellness program.
