Work life balance is important and being contracted as a 1099 employee allows for freedom to be with your family when you need to.

All compensation is Performance based. Must Self Educate to be successful. Lack of Marketing materials provided by the company. No benefit packages for the sales force, but that’s typical for 1099 employment
