long hours, no vacation only PTO, collection call!!!collection calls !!!!, marketing marketing that is a total waste of time and effort with no payoff, Poor upper management, lack of proper training. You have to use your own car to chase customers who do not pay, you get only 35 cents per mile when the fed allows you up to 55 cents (Rip off) oh your your vehicle is not covered by your insurance. If your not white then forget about promotions with this company. Very high demands/ goals from upper management which are not attainable. The commission / bonus is set up in a way that you can not make any decent money. Do not work for this company not only, it rips off their customer but they will suck every last drop off blood from you as well. 2 years is an average length of service after that they will find a way to terminate you employment. Potential to make money its just a not true... Computers are outdated and software issues on a daily bases if not hourly.. No petty cash or any office expense allowed without DM approval There is no career opportunity, life balance or culture & values with this company. DO NOT BE FOOLED INTO WORKING FOR TITLEMAX RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THIS COMPANY IT WILL HARM YOUR RESUME
