CEO finds ways to punish colleagues by taking money away. Leaders had bonuses taken from them and given a IOU of payment if the company sells in the future. C-Suite leaders are focused only on themselves. Zero communication to colleagues.

- Constant staff turn around, understaffed and unfulfilled promises. - management will literally refer to people as "resources" - underhanded practices that punish honest communication. - 0 career growth. They will dangle the incentive but never deliver
