      Everyone in the company has an immense amount of respect for each other. As a small company the ability to make an impact and have positive growth on the product is maximized. One of the first places where I've been told to prioritize addressing technical enhancements (An engineering dream)! A product that finally makes buying tickets to shows not headache inducing.
