I recognize that it is a difficult time for the Customer Success Team and we’re actively working to provide a better experience for you and your teammates. As the leader of this team, I want to acknowledge how much I and the entire Toast team appreciate your hard work and passion for helping our customers succeed. You have and always will be a crucial, meaningful and impactful part of the Toast team.
We’ve unfortunately had to make some difficult, necessary and temporary changes to our benefits and merit cycle due to the ongoing pandemic, While certainly not a replacement, we hope you’ll find value in our recently announced summer hours and home office provision policies.
I encourage you to continue to share your feedback, as it's crucial to help us understand how the changes we're making are impacting your experience.
