The diversity and culture is a coverup for a joke of a structure. The Onboarding team is a total nightmare and leadership does not care. This is not just sour grapes from a former employee. Top talent is leaving left and right because we were completely overworked and as it turns out very underpaid. They preach work/life balance but they do not believe it at all. The numbers you have to make every month make it impossible to work a regular schedule. Even though leadership was told many times, they just ignored it and acted like it wasn’t an issue and continue to pile on work. It was probably the worst place I’ve worked.

Thank you for this feedback. This review was tough to read, and I'm sorry this was your experience. Since COVID hit, we have been on a journey of recovery, and part of that was working on our staffing levels across the team. We know through our engagement surveys and feedback our employees share via our All Hands calls that we still have work to do in order to get workloads right and to make sure our teams across CS are set up for success. Flexible hybrid work, great culture working for the company, benefits and pay is pretty good as well

Can feel hard to move within the company as opportunities don't open up often for specialist to move upwards

There has been a noticeable pattern of pattern of experienced, tenured reps exiting at a rapid pace, Constant structural changes, shifting comp plans, an evolving expectations create instability. Performance standards continue to rise while territories continue to shrink and market conditions continually become more challenging. Not enough business to go around so rep and different teams are fighting over business. Quota attainment is at an all-time low and competition is tougher than ever. Sales teams recycle every year now, solid reps are fired because territory can't handle quota and new reps come in then are pushed out as soon as they are fully ramped. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING JOINING AS A SALES REP, HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. THE OTE ON LINKEDIN IS NO LONGER EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT YOU WILL MAKE. Leadership is atrocious and mid level management is even worse. UNLESS YOU ARE COMFORTABLE OPERATING IN A HIGHLY VOLATILE SALES ENVIRONMENT WITH LIMITED LONG-TERM SECURITY, THIS IS NOT A COMPANY I WOULD RECOMMEND JOINING AT THIS TIME.
