The founders are designers which means they're fully on board with the idea of 'making the best work of your life' being before the numbers or any kind of financial targets. They are great people with a 'team first' mentality that reflects on most of their decisions and the culture of the company. We always tried hard to make Toaster a very progressive place to work and it's clear from the day you join. Management is also very experienced and incredibly capable, always listening to their teams and adjusting so people can feel they're doing great work with the support and mentoring you need. The company is also expanding due to the great work they produce for their clients, which means opportunities to climb the ladder are there for everyone who wants to work hard and grab them. I loved my years at Toaster, I can say they're some of the best years personally and professionally. If you have the chance to join them, do not hesitate.
