The SF office is in a transitional phase so there are still a lot of kinks to work out but the main issue here is the lack of true leadership coming from the London office. The SF office is being led by inexperienced management that think they know how to run an agency. As good as the intentions are, there is a lot more damage being done than being fixed. London would see the issue if they had more of a presence in this office. It sends a message to the employees currently working here that they don't really care what happens within their own company when the people left in charge are able take advantage of their position.
