      if real, offer a chance to get a good commission

      You have to pay A LOT from your own pocket to be able to withdraw anything at all. (if you are able to withdraw anything at all!) You are not informed in advance of rules or consequences and have to keep paying in until you are broke and can not withdraw your commission. Borrowing money from friends or taking up loans to be able to pay in is highly recommended by superiors, which in itself is very problematic for me.

      Opportunity to work with some smart engineers.

      Some of parts of the legacy system was hard to work with. The product space was very competitive, leading to lack of growth opportunity.
