- Since there are coworkers all over the world, it's sometimes difficult to sync with people in different time zones. Also, because of this, meetings can sometimes happen at not very convenient times

- Very relaxed environment. Micromanaging is not a thing here. - Career growth opportunities are possible. Management cares about where you want to go in your career, not only what TokBox needs from you. Very supportive in that way. - People are respectful and care about one another like a family. - Low on politics. There are some, but it's not like I've seen at other companies. - Ability to choose the types of projects you are most interested in. Things aren't just assigned to you. - Communication between departments could be improved. - Collaboration could be better between teams who are one their own islands working on their own projects. Some missed opportunities occur when people work siloed. This is being worked on though. - Company future is a bit ambiguous. In tech things are always changing. - Owned by Telefonica so a bit of big brother stuff, but not terrible. - Engineering driven, which can be challenging for less technical employees.
