Toxic corporate culture, does not value employees, highly competitive and secretive among even senior management. Promotions and positions given to "favorites" and against company policy of open interviews and job postings. Does not value life outside of TH - employees forced to "drink the Kool Aid" and total devotion to the company at the expense of all personal time is rewarded. Long history of pushing out women on maternity or have children, seen as "unable to cope with the demands." Constant and destructive criticism of employees - inappropriate comments and critiques made to employees at every level. Terrible atmosphere to work in if you want to have a life along with your career and not be looking over your shoulder for a colleague waiting to stab you in the back.
