      There's a disconnect between how polished the product is and how messy things can feel internally, because you're trying to provide support while dealing with unclear processes and shifting expectations, and instead of having a stable way of handling things you're constantly adjusting depending on the situation, which slows everything down and makes the job more frustrating than it should be.

They have 0 care for any LGBTQ+ needs or inclusivity They just want to pay people for one position while asking them to perform 4 other positions within that pay.
