There is a lot of turnover, with employees lasting 6-12 months. There is little to basically 0 opportunity for career progression. Senior management sometimes undermines certain departments. The company has shifted from its mission of sustainability to maximizing profit, hiring interns constantly rather than on-boarding them as full time employees.
