Flexibility - 3 work from home days per week. (This began being any days you like, but my team slowly "implemented" the days that we needed to be in the office... for one 30 minute meeting) Cross Functional Team Working - Working between teams frequently gave way to working on new projects from outside of your department. This was a breath of fresh air from the often mundane day to day. Socials - big socials with organised activities Mental Health/Wellness - There was a great company wide understanding of mental health, and generally there was always management checking in on everyone's wellbeing - which is much appreciated.

Job role/responsibilities - These were not clear for me for a very long time. This lead to me working above my duties for over a year (but no proper recognition given in my performance reviews or payrise..). They also gave no indication when I applied for the role that the job would be much the same as a sales rep in a call centre - with daily call/sales type targets, which increased 10-fold during the year when the senior ex-consultant management team did some lousy efficiency calculations on the teams activity, without any decent knowledge of how our time working was usually spent. A lot of us got pretty miserable after that. The company culture - Things got a little rancid by the time I left. Promotions a lot of the time seemed based on who management preferred, or were awarded to flight risks, rather than employees who were shining or worked hard. Long time employees who deserved promotions not awarded them - Team members scrambling for air time on their projects to get recognition from management. When most people feel underpaid, and growth opportunities are scarce, everyone is clambering for the promotion and it makes the work vibe a little "dog eat dog". Also, Managers don't seem to hire from diverse economic backgrounds - Mainly consulting/grad scheme/ ex. big corp hires. If you don't fit in with the clique, and you don't have a ruthless conscience for hard selling, then you might feel a little uncomfortable as I did. Pay - its pretty bad - And there were gender pay gaps in my former team that upset a lot of us. Senior Management would constantly share that our market was the high performing/most efficient, yet when it came to yearly reviews....I guess that profit was going elsewhere. A company goal was for more transparency for employees, but not when it comes to pay, that's for sure. If you're joining this company with ambitions to grow here - proceed cautiously. Seen a lot of burn out, and a lot of people working hard only to never be rewarded with payrises, or senior positions. Also there were at least two rounds of lay-offs in the 2 years I was there...

Horrible leadership! The most incompetent Senior leadership I have ever seen. It's as if their goal is to run the company into the ground. Do not expect to last more than a year in this role
